How is this different from a strategy consultancy?
We focus on delivery. After the analysis we stay involved until the results show in the numbers, rather than handing over a report and leaving.
How soon will I see results?
The first results, especially in working capital and cash flow, are often visible within a few months. Structural margin improvement usually takes longer.
Does Accellium also work as interim manager?
Yes. Where needed we temporarily take a role on the board or management team to deliver the improvements.
